Part original research content, part industry practice overview, and part summary of prior literature, the chapters are designed to e.g. serve as supplements to university lecture contents, or to provide interested non-academic parties with a concise but thorough introduction to the respective topics.

However: Due to licensing agreements and the typical author T&Cs, I am not allowed to provide free copies of the chapters myself - so please note that I'm gonna have to turn any such request down, unfortunately.
